The content and other information provided on the CVT Sites (including text, graphics, images, information provided on CVT products, and other material contained on the CVT Sites) is general in nature, and is provided for informational purposes only. 7. User Submissions; Confidentiality. CVT welcomes inquiries and comments from visitors to the CVT Sites. If your violation causes harm to others, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold CVT, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, harmless from and against any and all claims, actions or demands, liabilities, settlements, losses, damages, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees and court costs, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of these Terms of Use.

11. Location. The CVT Sites are controlled and operated by CVT from its offices in the State of California, United States of America. The CVT Sites are intended for the exclusive use of residents in the United States of America. Access to the content may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries outside of the United States. Because of these various laws, regulations, and medical practices, information designed to be used in one country may not be approved for use outside that country. Therefore, product information on the CVT Sites may not be appropriate for residents of other countries. 14. Surviving Provisions. The following provisions survive the expiration or termination of these Terms of Use for any reason whatsoever: Section 6 (Intellectual Property), Section 9 (No Warranty, No Liability), Section 10 (Consequences), Section 12 (Jurisdiction), Section 13 (Complete Agreement), and the indemnification obligation found in Section 2 (Medical Information/Conditions).
