Under a collaboration agreement providing Astellas Pharma, Inc. (formerly Fujisawa Healthcare, Inc.) with exclusive North American rights to regadenoson, CV Therapeutics manages the clinical development program and Astellas will be responsible for manufacturing, selling, and marketing regadenoson in North America, if the product is approved for marketing.

Biogen Idec Inc. (formerly Biogen, Inc.). As a result, Biogen Idec has the license to develop, manufacture, and commercialize Adentri™ and any other
A1-adenosine receptor antagonists developed by either Biogen Idec or CV Therapeutics based on our patents or our technology.
PTC Therapeutics
PTC and CV Therapeutics have entered into an exclusive research collaboration and licensing arrangement for the development of orally bioavailable small molecules through the application of PTC’s proprietary GEMS (Gene Expression Modulation by Small-Molecules) technology.

Ranexa® (ranolazine extended-release tablets), marketed in the United States, is in-licensed from Roche Palo Alto LLC, (formerly Syntex). CV Therapeutics has exclusive worldwide rights for all indications of ranolazine.
